Policies & Appointment Terms 

 

 

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies below.


Booking Fee / Deposit

  • A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your initial appointment.

  • The booking fee is applied toward your final total on the appointment day.

  • If you cancel for any reason, the booking fee is forfeited. No exceptions.

  • Booking fees are non-transferable (cannot be transferred to another person).

  • If you have concerns about previous work, you must contact your artist before booking.


Payment

  • The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

  • Accepted: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Zelle, Cash app


Rescheduling

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

  • After requesting a reschedule, you must secure a new date within 48 hours (subject to availability).

  • If a new date is not confirmed within 48 hours, a new deposit is required.

  • Rescheduling is allowed one (1) time only. Any additional reschedule requires an additional deposit, regardless of notice time.


No Shows

  • Failure to show up results in an automatic charge of 50% of the service price.

  • To book again after a no-show, a new deposit is required.

  • No exceptions.


Cancellations

  • Cancelling your appointment results in loss of your booking fee.

  • You may reschedule instead; however, current pricing at the time of the new appointment will apply.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $50 fee, in addition to any remaining balance owed.


Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time. Appointments are back-to-back, so there is no need to arrive early.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

  • In this case, the booking fee is forfeited, and no-show terms apply.


Pregnancy Policy

  • If you are pregnant, your deposit may be moved to a date after birth, subject to availability.

  • Prices may change; the updated price at the time of rescheduling will apply.


Photos & Videos

  • Photos/videos are taken before & after for documentation (including insurance requirements).

  • Content may be used for marketing on Instagram, Facebook, and our website.


No Guests

  • For safety and cross-contamination prevention: no children, pets, or additional guests.

  • Drivers may wait in their car for drop-off/pick-up.

  • Translators are permitted.

 

No Refunds

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • If you are unhappy, we will discuss available options.

  • Quick Summary: $50 non-refundable deposit • 72-hour reschedule notice • 15+ minutes late = no-show • No guests • No refunds.
