Service Description
Designed for mild acne and congested skin, our Acne Clear Treatment Level 1 provides targeted professional care to help reduce clogged pores, blackheads, whiteheads, excess oil, and occasional breakouts. Your treatment may include deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, careful extractions as needed, targeted acne-focused products, and LED light therapy based on your skin’s condition. Each session is customized to your skin’s current needs with the goal of improving congestion, supporting a healthier skin barrier, and helping your complexion look clearer, smoother, and more balanced over time. For ongoing breakouts, a series of treatments combined with a customized home-care routine may be recommended for best results.
Booking Policy
BOOKING & SPA POLICY By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: DEPOSIT & PAYMENT • A $15–$50 deposit is required, depending on the service selected. • Your deposit is not an additional charge—it will be fully credited toward your service on the appointment day. • The remaining balance is due after your service. RESCHEDULING • Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule. • You may select any available future date that works for you. • Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment one time, and no additional deposit will be required. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS • Deposits cannot be refunded as cash. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, cancellations without rescheduling, and no-shows will result in the deposit becoming non-transferable. • Genuine emergencies will be reviewed individually with care and understanding. LATE ARRIVAL • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we will make every reasonable effort to provide your service. • Depending on the remaining time, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. If we reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the new date. SPA GUIDELINES • One guest may wait in the reception area. Guests are not permitted inside treatment rooms without prior approval. • Please inform us before your appointment if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have allergies, or have a medical condition that may affect your treatment. • Photos or videos will only be taken with your consent. Separate written permission is required for advertising or social media use. • Completed services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and offer a reasonable solution.
