Before & Aftercare Instructions

 

PERMANENT MAKEUP PRE-CARE GUIDE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
 

  • Avoid alcohol, coffee, and energy drinks for 24–48 hours before your appointment.

  • Do not take aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil, or omega-3 supplements (they thin the
    blood).

  • Avoid chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments on the area for 2 weeks prior.

  • Get a good night’s sleep and eat a light meal before arriving (do not come on an empty
    stomach).

  • Do not wax, thread, or over-tweeze the area right before your appointment.

PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU HAVE:

  • Diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart conditions

  • Bleeding disorders or are taking prescription medications

  • Allergies to numbing agents or cosmetics

  • A history of keloid scarring

WE CANNOT PERFORM THE SERVICE IF YOU ARE:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Experiencing fever, flu, or feeling unwell

  • Having active infection, inflammation, or open wounds in the treatment area

 

PERMANENT MAKEUP AFTERCARE GUIDE AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Keep the treated area clean and dry for the first 3–5 days.

  • Apply aftercare ointment as directed in a thin layer.

  • Do not wash the area directly with water or apply makeup on the treated area.

  • Do not pick or peel scabs — let them fall off naturally for best color results.

  • Avoid swimming, sauna, steam rooms, and heavy workouts for 7–10 days.

  • Do not use skincare products containing acids or retinol near the treated area.

DIETARY RECOMMENDATIONS (FIRST 5–7 DAYS)

  • Limit chicken, sticky rice, seafood, and water spinach.

  • Drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
    NORMAL HEALING PROCESS

  • Days 1–3: Color will appear darker than expected

  • Days 5–7: Light scabbing and peeling may occur

  • After peeling: Color will soften and look more natural

  • 6–8 weeks: Ideal time for a touch-up session
